Manage direct/indirect reports to ensure proper staffing and department efficiencies, including training, development, coaching, counseling and performance reviews. Works with direct reports to set clear goals, objectives and set priorities.
Review and analyze the general ledger, financial statements and prepare appropriate accrual and adjusting journal entries in accordance with GAAP. Assist in the management of auditor engagements for completion of annual audit reports.
Oversee Regional Portfolio Accountants - resolve issues they are escalated
Provide Finance Support to DPMs and Project Managers.Liaise with Corporate Accounting to determine data needed for monthly and quarterly closes and other analysis
