Contracts Specialist jobs in Anchorage, Alaska (AK)

Proven ability to lead an organization to high levels of performance while maintaining morale and personal growth for employees in a union free environment. Ability to act as a positive mentor and coach to subordinates and instill a coaching environment in the organization.

Knowledge of principles of engineering and construction, including design of health and sanitation facilities in Arctic and/or northern climates.

Attends planning meetings to supply real world construction and/or engineering perspective to the early stages of project development.

Develops networks and facilitates cross-functional teams in commodity strategy development, supplier sourcing, and supplier negotiations. Reflect agreed milestones in CMP and deliver to plan.
