The Retail Client Manager's responsibility is to develop and manage dealer relationships for the purpose of building strong consumer auto vehicle portfolios that perform within the guardrails set by the enterprise.
Querying databases via SQL to identify populations of harmed customer for auto loans; utilizing auto loans business systems to research transactions on loan accounts; delivering data populations and required documentation to remediation leads.
The incumbent in this position will provide expert level advice and education to customers on opportunities to utilize the Bank?s deposit and loan products and services to enhance their financial operations.
The detailed review of the submission will include reviewing all documentation including but not limited to credit reports, income documentation, asset documentation, collateral, fraud prevention tools and other applicable documentation as required to render a decision.
Create and maintain data staging processes for use with SQL, Oracle, and SAS environments; design, create and maintain remediation data warehouse infrastructure; create and maintain business and technical requirements for infrastructure projects.
Provide leadership and assistance to their team. Recruit, retain, coach, motivate and manage a sales management team for an assigned territory. Develop high impact sales staff through direct observation, timely feedback and specific action plans to improve performance.
