Establish, maintain and monitor region wide policies, standards, practices and metrics related to communication, including key message development and management, that help to improve, guide and align communications across the region.
Work with marketing department and design agencies to develop and maintain restaurant sales and marketing materials according to brand standards; serve as main point of contact for all charity events and offsite events.
Coordinates with the national external communication team on potential earned media opportunities with ability to draft press releases and identify compelling stories that will be picked up by media outlets.
Maintains positive working relationships with local reporters, editors and feature writers who cover business, health care and other relevant topics to promote the Hospital programs, services and personnel.
Extremely detail-oriented; ability to design, implement and execute effective processes resulting in accurate data generation and reporting.Strong ability to develop, implement, and maintain on-going training for new employees and new product features.
