Solve customer needs, create robust high-level business requirements, and deliver on product vision/strategy taking into account linkages between systems, technical/systems implications, and anticipating changes/resolving barriers.
Directs branch business development through outside calls, in-branch selling, telemarketing, branch campaigns, and targeted direct mailing; develops and manages an annual branch marketing plan with specific goals.
Promotes staff development through training, cross-training, and career planning. Trains staff in the area of customer service, sales, operations, and Bank products; ensures that ongoing sales and product service training is provided.
Review identified document control risks and issues and ensure that approved controls are in place, monitor their effectiveness, and escalate issues as required; share knowledge with the Document Control Manager, working in collaboration with the Central Valley project teams.
