Provide Special Programs Division social science and all-source qualitative analytical support on a variety of special access programs and special technical operations tasks.
Conduct coordination with external commands, including the Joint Staff (JS), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), combatant commands (CCMD), interagency partners, and allies as a basis for target planning and target support.
Coordinate with supporting/supported Combatant Commands and interagency organizations on SAP/STO capabilities, development, planning and operations; develop CONOPs for STO and SAP capabilities and operations.
Provide and maintain SAP accredited facilities, including an up to date and accurate database with all USSTRATCOM SAP accredited facilities, support information and documentation related to the all USSTRATCOM SAP accredited facilities to ensure regulatory standards and requirements are met.
Employ alternatives analysis techniques in the evaluation of the multiple options to achieve operational objectives; compare differing factors including potential changes in the strategic environment, emulation of adversary perspectives, operational gain and risk, and effectiveness in an overall operational approach.
Inspect Special Access Program Facilities (SAPF), building spaces, classified material repositories, and classified equipment (e.g. safes) to ensure appropriate standards and adequate level of physical security is maintained.
