Manage and maintain the SQL server(s) for our clients; this includes, but is not limited to, database configuration, schema design, user access, backups, recovery, scripting, patching, migration, replication, performance and capacity monitoring.
Train and provide development opportunities for staff. Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated. Ensure Global Performance Management System is up to date and regular feedback is provided to staff members.
Maintains strong bank relationships while managing global banking structure; monitors and oversees existing bank account services and signatories; includes bank account administration for opening, migrating and closing accounts.
Accountable for all aspects of assigned programs execution (cost, schedule, technical performance, quality and customer engagement) and ensuring program commitments are met, having the authority to make cogent and timely decisions related to the project.
Responsible for development and sustainment of a strong market value delivery, specific to technical support for installations and troubleshooting engagements, as well as, general support for product, service and order inquiries and needs.
