Provide leadership and support to the Branches with respect to employee engagement, safety, compliance, talent selection and development; build innovation and efficiencies in Branch capabilities, utilizing operational excellence tools.
Partners closely with the Area Sales Directors, Regional Managers, and the salesforce to execute a coordinated strategy. Serves as the primary contact for assigned accounts with members of national and corporate accounts teams.
Works collaboratively with members of senior administration including the provost, campus presidents, and the chief financial officer to establish enrollment goals and to develop and implement strategies to accomplish those goals.
Responsible for leading, staffing, coaching and training a team of consumer direct Home Equity Loan Originators to achieve budgeted loan production, retention of balances, and cross-selling other bank products while providing best in class customer service.
