Responsible for project construction scheduling, including pre - construction, construction and post construction phases. Manages construction staffing needs, and coordination of heavy equipment, tools, and safety equipment needs.
Manages and schedules assigned staff. Develops goals and priorities, and assigns tasks and projects. Develops staff skills and training plans. Counsels, trains and coaches financial and operations managers.
Assures compliance with all governmental regulations and organizational policies which involve personal health information and constituent privacy, e.g., HIPAA.
