Planning and reviewing a wide variety of geotechnical, hydrogeological and geophysical investigations, including soil and rock core logging, geotechnical mapping, packer testing, televiewer logging, and instrument installation.
Develops, analyzes and modifies existing core software programs. Develops and troubleshoots application problems for ANTHC staff. Designs application interfaces. Performs coding, testing and debugging activities to check for faults and errors.
Resolve technical issues associated with network and routing protocols at all levels of the OSI model through the use of diagnostics and network administration tools such as Hewlett Packard (HP) OpenView, Cisco Works and Tivoli.
Acts as an IT project management subject matter expert (SME) and leads the support of project management objectives through the definition, development and execution of IT projects in accordance with organizational priorities.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors; prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
