- The ideal candidate will have an interest in collaborating with existing faculty in any of the following areas: Metabolism, Genomics, Immunotherapy, Pediatric Oncology, Neuro-Oncology, and Hematology.
- Demonstrated expertise in topics currently of interest by governmental funding agencies as defined by requests-for-application announcements. These include: clinical outcome and health services research, social determinants in health care delivery and outcomes, patient-centered outcome.
- Current American Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Neurology.A track record of peer-reviewed publications in the scope of the DAT cluster.
- The Director is forward-thinking, anticipates and facilitates the adoption, development, and clinical implementation of new technologies (whether research driven or by evolving best practices), as well as the development of new procedures to support the advancement of standards of care as well as performance improvement initiated protocols.
