An Associate Creative Director has a team of Designers and Leads working within their product suite and will be responsible for enabling them to do their best work and bringing them all together in a way that pushes the vision forward.
Mentors and develops the creative team (direct reports include the heads of graphic design, video production and web development); leads the development of all creative and must understand and apply the new brand strategies in the execution of creative assignments.
Curate all creative concepts, photography, design, typography, artistic and styling direction for all creative channels; most notably social, web, email, video, performance marketing initiatives, and experiential.
This leadership role includes managing teams to complete the work as well as inspiring those teams to consistently produce exceptional creative. Must be able to work collaboratively, across disciplines.
