The Project Manager will be responsible for managing scope, schedule and budget for sludge dewatering contracts including the OA and D/B contracts. The Project Manager will also manage City team members as required, interact with the City's O&M group.
Own and/or assist with communication design, messaging, and timeline management for internal projects crafting and publishing a wide variety of materials such as presentations, email messages, web context, newsletters, etc.
Manage all aspects of site investigation and remedial projects to address client goals and objectives; work collaboratively with a passionate team supporting a wide variety of clients with numerous challenging projects.
Manage a number of complex tenant improvement and lab type and building infrastructure projects, such as those requiring high-level input on mechanical and electrical systems, or having other specialized requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional site infrastructure projects in a matrix organization covering a range of areas (data center, network, logistics, supply chain, compliance, and infrastructure software engineering).
