The role will be responsible for support of the Contact Centre environment, designing and implementing configurations to reflect business needs and participating in a major project to migrate service to a new, state of the art solution, supporting TripAdvisor's businesses worldwide.
Establish related department schedules to include the assignment of IT engagement areas, staff, and budget in order to ensure completion of the annual Audit Plan. Provide direction and IT engagement specific training to assigned Internal Auditors including supervision and review of work.
Collaborate regularly with key stakeholders on OR initiatives, including: savings initiatives, identification of new opportunities, product standardization, preference card accuracy/process effectiveness, and margin improvement.
Interpret and report trends in performance measurement data and recommend analytical or operational changes to maximize the supply chain organization financial and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Fosters a culture of safe practices to reduce error and improve patient outcomes; assesses compliance with national patient safety goals and other patient safety initiatives and implements policies/programs/education to maximize patient safety.
