May provide consulting services to regional facilities regarding advertising and marketing strategies and recruitment and selection policies. Identifies, researches, and resolves recruitment and selection issues.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for assigned employees; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual while maximizing employee engagement.
Develop annual and quarterly strategic marketing plans, prioritize key marketing messages, identify ways to improve on available research metrics and translate programming concepts into integrated multi-platform marketing campaigns.
Responsible for hiring, leading, developing and managing the performance by those reporting to this position; establish and communicates clear performance expectations; and make recommendations for salary increases.
