Is responsible for all aspects of Rest Assured's day to day operations, Coordination of client care, supervision and training of Program Manager, Shift Supervisors, and Tele-Caregivers, assuring quality of care standards are met, and customer service.
Drive Incident Management through discovery, analysis, and engagement of additional SME level resources to support service restoration. Serves as point of authority, or escalation throughout the incident lifecycle.
Engages in an assigned portion of SOW and manages assigned tasks for the implementation and integration. Will oversee the client's implementation milestones are on-time, within a specified budget, and with the highest possible quality.
Leads, plans, executes, controls, and reports on complex conversion/integration implementation efforts and assists with the planning, executing, controlling and reporting on the most complex and unique implementations.
Work assignments require extensive analysis and interpretation of data and requires a broad range of contact interactions, including the client's executive steering committee and company' executive level leadership.
