This position will be responsible to lead executing authentically with a passion and capability to transparently engage motivate and move people toward the achievement of our desired state. This leadership role works cross-functionally with the division functional leads to drive best in class service and sales through their sales team with a specific focus on people safety service quality cost and growth.
Responsible to drive the culture with a focus on safety service people quality and cost which will lead to growth
Lead change with excellent communications skills creating meaningful participation and follow-up on execution
Lead and role model people management and development including a disciplined approach to recruiting on-boarding training performance management and retention
Influences and trains on the selection of talent as high priority in all roles
Responsible to lead teams to create an engaging environment where people want to work and the employee experience is front and center in all decisions
Identify issues/gaps in processes or procedures compliance and performance
Responsible to bring issues to surface and partner cross functionally on resolution
Proactively monitor service to ensure a best in class customer service experience and work with cross-functional partners to resolve gaps where necessary
Sets and enforces safety standards and drives accountability for safe behaviors by coaching leaders and team members. Identify and removerisks and participate in accident investigations
Create sales targets within area of responsibility and develop action plans and course corrections as necessary with the management team
Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Years of Related Experience: 7-10 years of sales management service route based business or related experience (Customer Service); Route background is preferred; 10+ years of people or resource leadership
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experience leading & developing teams based across a dispersed geography in multiple facilities; Ability to inspire coach and develop others through a shared vision and purpose; Ability to select high quality/caliber talent; Proven track record driving & executing best in class service; Drive a culture of execution; Solid understanding of business statistics and financials including effective P&L management ; Excellent communication skills both verbally and written; Proven ability to drive outcomes and deliver results; Ability to influence and work cross functionally; P&L/budget acumen/annual plan development
