Xfinity Sales Associate
The Xfinity SalesAssociates operate as a territory sales representatives for COMCAST Residential sales. This involves helping the business increase market share by effectively marketing to current non-customers, both former and never. The Xfinity SalesAssociate acts as our most powerful and direct marketing effort, engaging customers at their doors and presenting our services in their homes. The Xfinity SalesAssociate will be assigned a territory within the (enter location; ie. CO, Seattle, Woodbury) market, and that will be his/her regular base of operation, AKA “turf”. The objective is to become embedded as the face of COMCAST for that community and to build long-term relationships through sales, referrals and powerful potential customer contacts.
The XSA is supplied with state of the art marketing tools, such as Salesforce, and a company iPad and iPhone and is supported by the COMCAST marketing support team. XSAs will execute a highly targeted marketing approach, using the tools mentioned to access available data on each home they approach. Using strategic thinking skills, the XSA tailors his or her approach with prospective households based on the data they see before them, or any lack thereof.
