Key Responsibilities:

1)       Act as the Primary Liaison for Direct Mail Marketing Programs of assigned vertical to ensure all marketinginternal processes are achieved

o    Act as Tactical Marketing Plan Owner, providing accurate and proper direction to Marketing Operations.

o    Facilitate the P&L Process and ensure internal approval for marketing spend

o    Provide all support needed in implementations of all assigned marketing programs.

o    Act as Liaison between all affected departments

o    Manage the development, implementation, and execution of all marketing strategies and budget

2)       Responsible for providing proper lead/direction for all marketing pieces within assigned vertical.

o    Lead in all marketing kick-off meetings.

o    Submit “complete and accurate” creative briefs and operations briefs to appropriate areas.

o    Ensure both Creative and Targeting Approvals, ultimately leading to flawless execution.

3)       Lead in the coordination of all campaigndesign details in cooperation with all assigned stakeholders to ensure brand alignment when appropriate, as well solving complex problems as they arise.

o    Work independently to lead projects with accountability for on-going activities.

o    Have a knowledge and understanding of best practices of marketingcampaign execution and how own area integrates with others.

4)       Take on additional team support tasks to continually improve work quality or customer experience. Continue to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers.

o    Always look to develop new marketing or system specifications to improve the future effectiveness of business operations.




Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, marketingdesign, or client management.

  • In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in marketing discipline with Inclination to take initiative

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment with high tolerance for change

  • Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines

  • Undergraduatedegree or demonstrated experience in marketing related field

Additional Qualifications:

Previous experience in a project management capacity.
