Millennium is seeking individual to lead Mission Certification and Accreditation team on major program at LAAFB. Responsibilities include: Developing, updating, and accomplishing Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) entries; coordinating mission information systems certification and accreditation (C&A) packages in support of the government cybersecurity lead and cybersecurity IPT; maintaining, distributing, and tracking Mission Information Systems C&A schedules, registering systems in the Enterprise Information TechnologyDatabase Repository (EITDR), conducting annual FISMA validation of cybersecurity control compliance. Additionally, will support new and evolving cybersecurity system requirements; annually conduct and document Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E), and physical security penetration tests on program mission information systems; and assess, as required, Higher Headquarters directed changes in the certification and accreditation policy requirements for their impact on planned transition from DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) to Risk Management Framework (RMF), and on nomenclature changes from Information Assurance to Cyber Security.

Requirements: 10+yrs experience, Master’s degree, DoD 8570 certification, TS/SCI clearance
