Tinder is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to help us grow and evolve our workplace operations. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, team oriented, and meticulously organized individual with a strong interest and background in facilities maintenance and workplace operations and planning.
- Responsible for all facilities, maintenance and building operations for our 2 building HQ in LA and 2 satellite offices in Palo Alto and SF.
- Ensure that the workplace supports the health and safety of all employees and visitors
- Maintain all HVAC, MEP and Security Systems
- Manage all service programs such shipping and receiving, office supplies, shredding services, interior landscaping, janitorial, pest control, carpet maintenance and more
- Serve as the Emergency Response Lead for the LA office and workOn-call 24/7 for the support and coordination of any emergency repair or situation
