Become a member of Acadia’s Workers’ Compensation Claim Department and have a direct impact on helping our customers. In the Claim Representative role, you’ll enjoy the excitement of building relationships with agents and insureds by working with them on investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating and resolving workers’ compensationclaims.
Our ideal candidate will be flexible, have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a team environment. Excellent customer service and organizational skills, strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, excellent oral and written communication skills and analytical ability are required. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of workers’ compensation claim experience is required for the Claims Representative position. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience is required for the Senior Claims Representative position. Both require a valid driver’s license.
