Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning and implementation of all projects, utilizing project management concepts to ensure successful delivery
  • Develop comprehensive project management plans and facilitate prioritization across multiple projects
  • Proactively manage changes to project scope and devise contingency plans
  • Continually monitor and report on progress of all projects to stakeholders
  • Develop, deliver, and facilitate the review of progress reports including issue/risk logs and project status by work-steam
  • Create project management standards, tools, and templates to ensure consistent and successful delivery of system enhancements and new releases
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing for system enhancements/new functionality and assist with test plans and coordinate system testing as needed
  • Assist with the identification of solutions to requests being raised by the HR user community in the HCM/Recruiting/Talent areas

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Workday projects
  • 5+ years of general Project Management experience
  • 3+ years hands-on Workday experience (HCM/Recruiting/Talent)
  • Experience with defining requirements to support configuration

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be able to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously and have strong analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Exceptional time management skills.
