Primary point of contact for Manhattan WMOS throughout product implementation. Provides services for system configuration, testing, training, and issue resolution. Analyze and resolve issues that arise throughout implementation andwork withanalysts to resolve functional and technical issues. Leads activities around requirements gathering, task management, resource management, and communicating with team members and business stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
• Understand business requirements, translate to software specifications and configuration of Manhattan Associates software
• Understand integration across multiple systems on diverse technical platforms
• Collaborate with other Applications Development managers and IT teams on joint projects
• Maintain application services operating model to clearly indicate the roles and responsibilities between RFS functional team, IT Teams, Manhattan managed service team, and Reyes Holdings (RH) enterprise resources
• Develop an understanding of business processes and supporting application technologies to advise on recommended courses of actions for improvements as appropriate, while drawing attention to similar needs in other parts of the business as opportunities to share best practices and standardize
• Provide oversight to warehouse implementations, including testing (development and execution) and configuration
• Provide strong management and leadership to ensure the solution is developed and delivered upon RFS strategy, goals, budget and objectives
• Devise and implement communication and support strategies with customers that result in high customer satisfaction
• Drive improvements in the overall service experience to the business user community
• Ensure all direct reports have clear, relevant and timely goals and objectives within their personal development plans and provide the necessary support for these to be achieved
• Manage deployment teams to handle all aspects of application configuration, development, implementation, and support for the WMS solution: o Develop clear understanding of project scope/expectations and WMS project plan
o Collaborate with project manager to update project schedules in coordination with other stakeholders
o Manage staffing and multiple priorities to achieve results
o Identify corrective actions and implement to resolve project problems
o Manage performance of project team including setting clear expectations/goals, providing training and regular feedback as well as development opportunities
o Monitor & report project progress to all project stakeholders and key management
o Provide post-implementation support making justified changes where appropriate
o Lead and participate in design sessions as necessary to encourage enhanced business processes, improved efficiency, and better information flow
o Stay current on Manhattan Associates application capabilities and WMS best practices o Provide oversight to ensure compatibility and interoperability of systems
o Ensure proper orientation, training, and handoff to end users for all modified and new systems
• Any other duties as assigned

  • B.S. degree in supply chain, math, statistics, accounting, data analytics, computer science, business, or related experience in operations management

  • 5 – 8 years related work experience

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in distribution or supply chain management experience

  • Experience supervising a team, either directly or indirectly (i.e. project team); ability to supervise a staff of 6-18 people (ERP analysts, technical and functional leads and application developers)

  • Experience as a functional team lead or project manager on WMS or ERP implementation

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel

  • Adept at utilizing new technology in warehousing and distribution

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, interfaces, and technical issues

  • Understanding of information technology standards/methodologies, and best practices

  • Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to work with customers and vendor resources to resolve issues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with all levels of technical and business personnel

  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, work under pressure, adapt to demanding situations and deadlines

  • Proven ability to successfully complete deliverables on time or ahead of schedule

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail

  • Must present a highly professional image and positive attitude

  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 1 year of experience with databasetroubleshooting (SQL)

  • 1 year of experience deploying software

  • Experience with industry standard applications in supply chain organizations

  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective functional design and delivery

  • Experience with Manhattan WMOS

  • Experience with Truckbuilder, Roadnet, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and/or Oracle cloud a plus

  • Experience with warehouse slotting

  • Experience with Cubiscan or similar dimensioning technology

  • Knowledge of warehouse racking and material handling equipment

  • Knowledge of with bar coding systems
