A global investment bank is currently seeking Windows Migration PMO to join their team in New York. This candidate will assist in upgrading all Business Units from Windows7 to Windows10 before January 2020. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and maintain the work stream schedules 
  • Provide work stream meeting management 
  • Create and own work stream updates for the Program steering packs 
  • RAID management 
  • Create the weekly work stream status report 
  • Maintain project controls 
  • Manage project documentation 
  • Use Program templates and best practice 
  • Be able to adapt throughout the lifecycle to meet the needs of this large Program 

Skills:

  • 7-10 years of Project Management Office experience 
  • Experience with project management approaches and tools 
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Project skills 
  • Good MS PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint skills 
  • Prior experience working in financial services or consulting firm required 
  • Demonstrate experience of technology projects and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives
