Position Overview:

We have a unique opportunity to join our Specialty Wholesale team as an Account Executive with focus on our West Coast region. This person will report to our Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for supporting, developing and driving pre-existing business, as well as, prospecting, cultivating and growing new business. We are looking for a team player who is highly motivated, dependable and self-driven… someone who will represent our brand and provide support to our wholesale team and our partners. This role combines the need for proven sales experience and exceptional communication skills to ensure our relationships with new and existing wholesale partners maintain the highest standard and level of business. Wholesale experience and/or familiarity with the West Coast sales region a plus.


Sales Revenue Responsibility
o Meet all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Wholesale Revenue plans assigned to you.
o Identify additional revenue opportunities within each account through new product offerings, events, give backs, visual merchandising changes along with other creative planning ideas.
o Forecast monthly and yearly projections by account

Prospecting New Business
o Develop action plan, strategy, and priority list for prospecting new and track progress weekly.
o Determine any open opportunities while protecting our current business and ensuring continued growth.
o Collaborate regularly with wholesale team, management and related departments to overcome challenges/roadblocks in process

Account Maintenance and Growth
o Ensure customers are meeting minimum guidelines quarterly and growing annually.
o Monitor seasons ordered, dollars purchased, returns and sales performance for each account in given territory.
o Understand each account's Kendra Scott business and guide them in best practices to maximize sales, playing an integral role with assortment planning.
o Plan events with accounts to maximize excitement over the Kendra Scott brand with new launches, KGB's, etc.
o Collaborate with retail, events and web cross functional partners on ideas to support the brand and demand in your territory

o Travel to markets to present new collections and support team members
o Plan and execute road trips throughout your territory to present new collections, sales training and visual merchandising assistance.
o Travel to accounts for trunk shows and events as needed
o Additional travel as needed

o Manage Project Women's Vegas market logistics and planning
o Manage LA market logistics and planning

Our Ideal Candidate will have:
o Bachelor's degree
o 4+ years experience in Wholesale Sales
o Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and company operating systems
o Ability to operate tactically and strategically in a fast-growth dynamic environment
o Passion for the brand and its core values: Family, Fashion, Philanthropy
o Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Flexibility and willingness to travel a minimum of once a month to attend markets or meetings with customers in the field.
