We are now looking for a talented Web Marketing Manager to join the YOOX Marketing team

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Display retargeting campaigns (e.g., Criteo platform) and RTB tools
  • Grow and optimize Display program to cover full spectrum of the purchase funnel
  • Oversee growth of paid social program on paid Social channels
  • Work with cross functional teams including merchandising, retail and creative to develop content in support of marketing initiatives
  • Develop strategies to synchronize CRM capabilities with marketing channels to increase value of existing customers
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze data and utilize reporting to monitor and improve campaign performance
  • Manage budgets and collaborate with commercial team to forecast results
  • Optimize product feeds and interface with feed vendor
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices and techniques to identify new opportunities and influence future business decisions
  • Oversee SEM activities and responsible for executing PPC strategies; outline scope of their work and effectively prioritize their resources
  • Grow and optimize the SEM program through iterative testing of campaign and keyword creation, ad copy, landing pages and bid strategy to maximize return on investment
  • Define Display targeting strategy; develop, manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms


  • BA/BS
  • Ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience managing CPC and Display campaigns
  • Prior experience managing multiple agencies, partners and vendors
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Bing Ads and bid management tools such as Kenshoo or Marin Software
  • Experience with DMPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges and Criteo
  • Ability to form relationships/partnerships and lead by influence rather than by authority
  • Proficient with web analytics tools such as Omniture or Google Analytics

Other qualifications include:

  • Experience with SEO
  • Strong MS Office skills, proven experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals
  • A passion for digital and fashion e-commerce in particular
  • Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment
