The Web Development Manager is responsible for the Acxiom.com website. Analyzes online traffic, trends, and use patterns to identify customer behavior and habits. Develops new website modules and strategies to increase customer traffic. This position will interface with IT, product marketing, demand gen and marketing teams globally. The Web Development Manager strategizes and executes on key innovative projects including a navigation overhaul, website redesigns and page optimizations; translates designer mockups and wireframes into front end code; assists with any backend integrations into Marketo, Salesforce and other tools; assists with tag management, reporting requirements and any related audits pertaining to data collection; and oversees the functioning and maintenance of global websites in addition to other related duties.
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 years' experience or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years' experience. Acxiom will accept a Bachelor degree's equivalent based on any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience as determined by a professional evaluation service.
Academic training or experience must include some exposure to:
5 years' experience developing web-based applications in production environments
5 years' experience translating designed mock up sand wireframes into front end code
5 years' experience in web development and web performance.
3 years' experience with Salesforce or Marketo
5 years' experience with WordPress and Google Analytics
3 years' experience with UX (User Experience) Design and Development
