Manages the web, mobile and search initiatives for ThedaCare. Ensures an optimal online and experience, aligned to the ThedaCare brand, for patients and their family, consumers, employees, and physicians.
This is an on-site non-remote position.
Implements strategies, plans and tactics for web initiatives ensuring objectives are met. Manages and guides the implementation of web and mobile strategies. Manages the creation, design and development of all of ThedaCare’s websites, supporting integration of technologies including social, chat, and video to meet objectives. Assists with the development of recommendations to effectively utilize mobile technologies that position ThedaCare for the future and leads implementation. Manages, measures and analyzes data for site usability, making recommendations for refinements to improve performance and/or experience. Collaborates with and supports implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives including analysis, link building and content. Supports implementation of digital campaigns across multiple channels and to drive ROI. Manages the execution and delivery of web related content functions, including the implementation of content in alignment with internal stakeholders and in adherence to Marketing guidelines. Measures and analyses results.
