Web Application Developer, Customer Experience
Job Description:
First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Digital Interactions Delivery Team.
As a part of a Web Delivery Team practicing Agile, you'll get an opportunity to develop web applications and web services using a variety of technologies that deliver a superior customer experience!
Key Responsibilities:

Work as a member of a Web Delivery Team, participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning and task estimation.

Analyze stories to determine development needs to ensure the right things are being built in the right way.

Identify and resolve technical debt.

Design, develop, and support web applications using Java, Struts, and Spring, and JAXB.

Develop front end web pages with Freemarker, JQuery, and Javascript.

Write and execute JUnit tests.

Gain an in-depth understanding of assigned applications and integration with other systems.

Troubleshooting of multi-tier problems coordinating with teams through the enterprise.

Participate in team planning process to ensure timely project completion.

Other duties as required by the team.
JobQualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
-
At least 2 years of Java development experience.
-
Experience with basic web tier frameworks, client-side development, and restful services.
-
Effective communication habits; ability to work well with others. Experience with Agile and Scrum is preferred.

Exposure to JUnit, SoapUI, Eclipse, Subversion, Ivy, Maven, Selenium, Cucumber.

Basic understanding and experience with web services using JSON, SOAP, XML, XSD, and WSDL.
Additional Qualifications:

AngularJS would be a bonus.

Experience with various web containers including WebSphere and TC Server.

Graphic Design experience - ability to manipulate content in Photoshop.

Exposure to Teamsite is a plus.
