In your role as the Web Analysis Program Manager you will be responsible for guiding the work of a group of Digital Marketing Analysts and will help the department achieve its goal of providing the world’s best moving experience through data analysis methods.

A successful candidate has experience analyzing and reporting on digital marketing initiatives, is comfortable managing and utilizing a wide range of analytics tools, and can work efficiently within a team environment to meet and exceed business unit and executive management needs.

This role will require the ability to lead and manage a team of 5-10 analysts and will work hand-in-hand with the other areas of our department.  The Web Analysis Program Manager will be responsible for shaping and driving the analysis portion of our department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with a team of analysts to solve real world business problems using available data sources
  • Develop cross-channel measurement plans
  • Act as a central hub between business units, development, reporting, and our own team to      effectively establish and manage proper tracking and measurement strategies
  • Review and provide feedback on all data analysis reports before they are reviewed by the director of the department
  • Work with analysts to ensure adhoc requests from the team are handled properly
  • Clearly and effectively communicate data analyses and reporting results to digital marketers, management, and internal stakeholders
  • Update existing, and create new metrics and reporting that help drive business decisions
  • Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytical deliverables to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Research and test innovative methodologies and improve internal analytical procedures
  • Manage and analyze user testing
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to campaign tagging and on-site tracking
  • Continual research of new trends in the Digital Marketing and Web Analysis industries that will allow us to stay ahead of the curve
  • Identify business unit objectives and advise on measurement and tracking tactics
  • Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs
  • Use methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies
  • Report on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and provide actionable insights based on available data
  • Analyze the effects of different online and offline channels on each other - develop and implement strategies for improvement and growth
  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
  • Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns through ROI analysis

  • High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel
  • Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives
  • High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels & cross-functional roles within a large organization
  • Must be a team player and possess strong collaboration skills
  • Stays up to date with digital marketing trends & technological advancements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience building scalable and automated reporting
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Microsoft BI Platform, IBM Cognos, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization frameworks (e.g. Tableau, matplitlib, etc.)
  • Experience in multi-transactional analysis, modeling and forecasting
  • Experience working within a high-growth, fast paced technology environment

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer information systems, business data analytics, or other related areas

3+ years of experience in data analytics or realted field required

Experience in management a plus, but not required

GAIQ Certification, experience with Google Adwords and experience working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing is a plus but not required
