The candidate will work closely with the Director of Operations to define and execute the strategic plans for Wealth Operations. The focus of the role is to review and monitor existing operations processes, identify areas of opportunity and drive continuous improvement. They will partner with the Wealth Management Operations team and key business partners to socialize and implement change.

The candidate must be a strong leader with the ability to implement and drive change within the organization. They must have the ability to identify complex risks early and develop actionable mitigation plans. The candidate must be highly analytical with experience in using objective data to drive strategic recommendations. The candidate must be able to concisely explain complex issues to audiences of varying seniority. The candidate must also possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills

In this role the manager will have the following Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve work flows
  • Coordinate, lead and monitor projects
  • Develop multi-generational process improvement plans
  • Drive improvement to key operational metrics
  • Generate and create reports for the Wealth Management department
  • Develop and sustain strong work environment
  • Represent department at on-going staff meetings

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Wealth Management Operations Experience
  • Project life cycle skills including: defining work flows, creating business requirements documents, detailed project planning, defining user test criteria and data, testing, status monitoring, problem tracking and resolution
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Advanced aptitude with Microsoft products including Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Extensive knowledge of wealth operations processes
  • Experience in delivery of a wide range of wealth solutions across front, middle, and back offices

Education and Licenses:

  • BA/BS in business administration, finance or related field
  • FINRA Series 7 and 24 required
