We are currently searching for an experienced utility engineer to serve as a Project Manager for Water and Wastewater related projects in our El Paso office. The project manager will be responsible for the analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for various water transmission/distribution and wastewater collection projects. 

Candidate must have a mix of technical experience including but not limited to pipelines, pump/lift stations, elevated/ground storage tanks, ground water wells/pumps, and pipeline rehabilitation.  Project managementexperience is required. Candidate will work independently as well as plan work of teams of professionals and technicians. The position includes client interaction and a commitment to client service.  Previous sales experience with El Paso area clients is highly preferred.  

Qualified candidates will have strong writing and teamwork skills, at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 10+ years related experience, and a Texas Professional Engineer license (or the ability to become licensed in Texas within 6 months.)
