Seeking Underwriting leader with proven track record in environmental underwriting and successful program management experience.

About:

*** Well-capitalized Start-up Organization.

*** Excellent compensation package with total earning potential to $250,000 with salary, bonus, long-term incentives, and more.

Activities:

*** Spearhead the development and growth of new programs.

*** Develop sound pricing, rates, terms, and target classes.

*** Develop plans to ensure profitable growth efforts through analysis of market conditions, segment profitability, account retention, rates, and forms.

*** Ensure effective manpowerscheduling and utilization, by evaluating personnel capabilities and placing them in areas where they can bring the most value to the organization.

Requirements:

***10+ years relevant experience within an Environmental Underwriting environment, must have proven leadership experience.

*** Demonstrable success building a book of business from the ground up.

Expected Types of Environmental Lines & Classes: Environmental General Liability Exposures; Premises Pollution; Premises Pollution Healthcare; Environmental Impairment Liability (EIL); Pollution Legal Liability (PLL); Contractors Environmental Liability, Professional Liability, Storage Tank and Transmission Liability; Chemical Risks; etc.
