VP & Senior Financial Consultant (Full-Time)
SFC will develop new current fee business for Citizens Trust Investment Services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
Qualifies for, and maintains compliant and eligible with, affiliated broker-dealer and FINRA licensed and registered representative requirements and industry standards.
Initiates contacts for developing new business on a daily basis.These include developing potential prospects through the Bank financial centers and other sources to discuss Citizens Business Bank services and to acquire business.
Cultivates and maintains relationships with numerous referral sources including attorneys, accountants, money managers, company officials, third party administrators, etc. to drive business referrals.
Maintains a continuing relationship with Center associates to train and assist them in identifying prospects.
Schedules and participates in weekly Center sales meetings to increase associate product and service knowledge that will generate new business.
Reports to the Investment Services Manager on the status of new business accounts in process on a weekly basis.
Inputs all customer and prospect calls and follow up, as applicable and appropriate, in the Bank database on a daily basis.
On a monthly basis, prepares and submits pipeline, prospect and sales reports as instructed.
Participates in community activities to develop contacts and prospect, and to enhance the position of CitizensTrust and Citizens Business Bank.
Maintains the ability to travel to various locations as assigned.
Provides, presents and promotes The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (BAor BS) from four-year college or university; (5) five years minimum related experience and/or training preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Word, Power Point, Excel and sales tracking software.
Other Skills and Abilities
Productive Selling and established sales experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current driver's license required. Current licenses for series 7, 63, 65 and California Life, Health and Disability Insurance required.
Must be able to drive 50% to 100% of the time.
