Job Overview:

We are currently looking to hire a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead a team of ServiceNow and CMDB engineers, developers, and administrators in the optimization, standardization, and modernization of ServiceNow and CMDB capabilities in support of LPL's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.

The ServiceNow Platform Owner is a proven technical leader who possesses advanced knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and CMDB, best practices, standards, and agile delivery. The ServiceNow Platform Owner will be responsible for the implementation of new capabilities; maintenance, support, and optimization of existing capabilities while maintaining the integrity and upgradability of the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of ServiceNow administrators, developers, and CMDB engineers dedicated to the support, maintenance, design, and implementation of ServiceNow and CMDB functions and capabilities in alignment with the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Optimize performance, quality, and delivery function by defining and implementing proper resourcing, increased automation, and process efficiency.
  • Drive execution of technical strategy and manage a team of intermediate and junior resources, as well as collaborating with ServiceNow and third party vendors to support and implement ServiceNow and CMDB capabilities within technical guidelines and best practices.
  • Partner with application development, infrastructure and operations, release management, DevOps, Cloud teams, ITSM process owners, and other key stakeholders to implement, modernize, optimize, and simply ServiceNow & CMDB capabilities and integrations.
  • Manage performance, output, and delivery of junior to intermediate ServiceNow administrators, developers, and CMDB/Discovery engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a similar field of study
  • 7+ years of ServiceNow Administration and Development experience
  • 5+ years of leading ServiceNow Implementations or Platform Management
  • 3+ years of People and Performance Management

Core Competencies:

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to partner effectively and execute within scope and timelines
  • Flexible, driven, and results-oriented

Preferences:

  • ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification
  • Advanced experience in ServiceNow and CMDB Architecture, best practices, and standards


Pay Range:

$149,360-$224,040/year


Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
