The PGIM Marketing team is looking for a Senior Institutional Investment Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting intellectual content that will help differentiate PGIM from our competitors while delivering value added content to our sophisticated clients and consultants highlighting our global expertise and capabilities.

What you will be doing:

  • Building a positive relationship with the Chief Executive Office to develop and showcase our capabilities and creating brand awareness through op-ed pieces and social media articles.

  • Conducting interviews and research to contribute to and write our popular series on Mega Trends as well as other innovative research pieces.

  • Partnering with the Chief Strategist, Chief Marketing Officer, Investment Strategists, Product Specialists and Portfolio Managers to generate compelling, differentiated thought leadership and insights content for sophisticated investors.

  • Developing op-ed and LinkedIn articles to help raise the visibility of the PGIM brand.

  • Collaborating with channel marketers to develop the necessary content to promote PGIM's intellectual capital to a range of constituents, including pension CIOs, institutional consultants, fund selectors and wealth management firms.

  • Working closely with digital and design partners to present content in dynamic and compelling ways to improve engagement and consumption by target audiences through multiple delivery channels including, web and social.

  • Utilizing “raw” content and data on investment and investing concepts to craft compelling narratives, infographics and other formats.


  • BA/BS degree required. MBA a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience as an investment writer in the wealth management or asset management industry
  • CFA, CIMA not required, but advantageous
  • Experience in producing creative headlines with an ability to differentiate yourself from the sea of sameness
  • Excellent understanding of investment concepts and strong ability to make them interesting and accessible for readers
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with investment professionals to capture and convey PGIM's best intellectual capital
  • Deep understanding of the needs of sophisticated investors, including institutions, consultants and fund selectors at wealth management platforms
