Position is responsible for supporting the small business lending strategy of the bank's SBA Lending Department by placing the bank's financial products via referral sources outside of the bank. Initiate, negotiate, sell and package Small Business Association loans. Conduct regular outbound sales calls on small business client prospects to develop new business relationships. Responsible for cross-selling small business and retail products to new business client prospects and existing customers to deepen relationships.
