The goal is to build up strong positive relationships with insurance companies within Turkey and abroad, to ensure growth attainment, increase sales and increase our firm’s reputation. Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities
● P&L management ● Business Planning ● Lead and generate sales in the insurance vertical for Tazi platform
● Develop sales strategies and promote Tazi existing products and new insurance ones
● Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective insurance clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc ● Lead the Tazi sales and implementation teams
● Work with clients to deliver Tazi solutions that fit their needs
Report the sales progress on a monthly basis
● Conduct monthly business reviews and annual resource planning
● Identify global stakeholder needs, implement prioritization
● Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
● Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services ● Fulfill all contractual obligations
● Developing marketing strategies and promote all types of new contracts with insurance companies
● Breeding productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
● Evaluating business needs of insurance companies in the field of predictive analytics and providing feedback to the design team Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience
● Proven sales track record ● Proven working experience within an Insurance company or relevant experience
● Diverse experience in a combination of management consulting / product, operations, and/or sales management ● Deep experience as a people leader hiring and developing high performance teams
● Excellent command of spoken and written English ● Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
) ● Good computer knowledge and statistical analysis. Familiarity with industry standard software – Emblem, Radar etc. ● Proven ability to work with goals
● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
● Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
● 10 years + relevant experience
● Actuary understanding or experience would be a plus ● Master's degree
● E-commerce experience ● Ability to interact with and influence senior Tazi leaders
● Ability to think strategically while delivering detailed execution
● Analytical skills with the ability and appetite to get deep into the data when required
● Highly organized and results oriented ● Adept written and verbal communication skills ● Flexible and comfortable while navigating ambiguity
