You have 10+ years of experience in program management. You are proactive and have a progressive “can do” mentality. You are an intuitive problem-solver with the ability to think strategically to solve short and long-term problems.
You act as the gatekeeper of operational efficiency and the quality of our creative output which involves continual identification of improvement areas in RAPP’s existing financial model, workflow structure, processes, resources and tools.
You are responsible for the effective management of all projects, the efficient use of resources, and the consistent delivery of “great” creative output.
In your career, you have worked for an advertising and marketing company (or maybe a few). You are a highly skilled communicator able to build internal and client relationships, guiding teams to success.
