The VP Product Pricing and Profitability Manager isresponsible forsupporting several key business lines in the Consumer Lending group, leading thefinancial modeling of new relationships, providing analytical insight and competitive analysis for the group which includespartnering with leadership teams, assisting in new business acquisitions and providing analyticalsupport to drive business performance.The successful candidate will also think critically and provide thought leadership in the advancement of sophistication of pricing and analytics, the interplay between credit and yield as well as the other attributes of profitability.  It will require flexibility to be able to grasp differing business lines such as Student, Personalloans and HomeEquity.Keyresponsibilities include:• Utilize pricing and profitability models to drive accurate and pertinent results• Create pricing recommendations and pricing packages for senior leaders• Support new business initiatives and acquisitions for the group• Utilize Analytics and Reporting to drive assumptions and relationships in profitability andrisk.• Collaborate with leaders of business to drive analyticalsupport andreporting needs• Review and ensure accuracy, consistency and theoretical soundness of analysis performed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of experience as an a manager/senior pricing analyst in the consumer banking industry preferred

• Strong organizational and leadership skills: plans, reviews and tackle obstacles to excellence; ability to utilize persuasion and build relationships to win support for the benefit of the business

• Mastery of theoretical and practical accounting and finance concepts and techniques including  ROE, NPV, etc

• Strong Excel skills, SAS and SQL a plus

• Ability to create Senior Leadership presentations

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA a plus

• High energy level, strong work ethic and ability to work in a dynamic environment
