Your Role and Impact
Caradigm seeks a passionate, strategic and results-driven product leader who will drive our product strategy and customer implementations for our foray into “Intelligent Population Health”. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be leading our product management and our customer project management teams. You will be responsible for setting the product direction, creating our product roadmap and delivering on the roadmap in partnership with the Engineering team. In this critical executive role, you will also be responsible for all our customer implementations and their success.

Responsibilities

•Craft the product vision for Caradigm’s Analytics, Care Coordination, Data Platform and Artificial Intelligence
•Develop a deep understanding of the needs our customers through observation and usage data
•Create strategies to monitor and identify future market trends
•Lead the product management team to define product scenarios and creative and innovative functional designs
•Deliver new products and product enhancements on an agile cadence in partnership with Engineering
•Manage the implementations and customer satisfaction for every Caradigm customer
•Lead the project management team to deliver on-time, on-budget implementations for customers
•Collaborate with the Sales team on prospective customer bids, responses and demos
•Identify, set up and maintain third party partnerships
•Partner with the Marketing team on website content, analyst briefings, conferences and social media
•Manage, grow and develop a team of talented product managers, project managers, clinical and data experts

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

•10+ years of Product Manager experience in building and shipping products/services
•5+ years in leading teams, hiring talent and developing people
•Proven track record of ownership and ability to drive the shipment of software to external customers
•Excellent written and oral English communication, cross-group collaboration and team-building skills
•Passion for building great user experiences
•Great problem solving, strategic thinking and technical skills
•Deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs
•Experience and demonstrated success in an agile product development lifecycle environment is a plus
•Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
•BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
