Role Overview:
The VP Portfolio Executive (VPPE) is a strategic customer-centric role that will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for the portfolio of customer relationships in the West Region.  The VPPE will have both internal and external responsibilities, as outlined below.


Responsibilities:


Account Management Support / Serve as Executive Sponsor for 6-8 of the largest accounts in the WestCollaborate with Account Managers on account strategy and execution for their customer accounts
Sales SupportSupport sales team/sales enablement team in proposal developmentAttend sales meetings as neededProvide feedback on CompetitorsEnsure new contracts align with delivery capabilities and aligned resources
Internal RelationshipsCollaborate with internal teams (product, data analytics, engagement) to share customer feedback and industry knowledge and identify opportunities to continue to deliver strategic and innovative solutions to our customersAdvocate for process improvements in support of AM efficiency, improved customer engagement, and/or driving healthy outcomes for patients
External RelationshipsLead participation in appropriate external organizations and conferencesCoordinate with Sales the management of relationships with large-market H&W consultantsBe visible in the market as senior Grand Rounds leaders


Requirements:


15+ years’ experience in healthcare industry preferably in customer-facing roles5+ years’ management experienceExperience managing demanding customers in a B2B environmentSuccessful track record managing customer relationships in multi-yearcontract cyclesTrack record achieving customer renewal goalsSignificant success with significant up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
