What you'll do:
As Vice President, People Services Sales, you will use your experience and expertise to plan and
implement organizational strategies to achieve isolved HCM's growth goals. Of course, no job
description is that simple so, we'll throw in a sales team. These good people will help you reach
your goals. In turn, you will provide the direction, feedback and skill building they need need to

Someone at your level knows that Sales doesn't exist in a vacuum. This means you will also be responsible for collaborating with departments like Marketing and Product to create workflows, processes and campaigns that maximize sales results within and around the isolved Network of Partners.
As you might expect, you are expected to be a proven performer. Your role comes with sales goals for the People Services side of the business, plus responsibility for leading new initiatives to drive future growth.
