 Primary responsibilities will be collaborating with a large client and agency media team on analytic services and leading agency specialists to execute media analytic strategies on behalf of the client. The VP, Partner is responsible for ensuring that the client and agency teams receive analysis, modeling and marketing data that address their strategic objectives. Responsibilities also include supporting new business opportunities, developing incremental business with existing clients and contribution to continuous innovation of the agency’s analytics products and services.

 Essential Functions

  • Leads the implementation of media analytics products on a large client relationship
  • Analyzes client business situation and identifies key objectives for analytics and data
  • Develop and present clear client recommendations based on understanding of client needs and existing client point of view
  • Builds strong consultative relationships with clients as marketing analytics advisor
  • Develops analytic strategies for clients that uniquely support consumer insights, measurement, and media objectives
  • Provides an industry-leading POV on analytic methods applied to marketing and advertising
  • Guides all analytics work on behalf of client and play a lead role in daily communications with the client’s analytic and research team
  • Maps agency and external analytic resources to program solutions
  • Coordinates between the analytics/data specialists, client and agency teams
  • Demonstrates a passion for managing, motivating and developing junior staff
  • Sells analytic program solutions to clients
  • Daily management of client deliverables
  • Leads a diverse team of analysts in support of internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors or Master’s preferred in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, finance, or economics

 Work Experience: 

  • Minimum 10-15years of media, analytic, database and marketing communications experience with five years supervisory and management experiencerequired

Skills:

  • Strong client management and leadership skills a must
  • Advanced knowledge of research, consumer data and media skills required
  • A proven track record in client services
  • Extensive experience communicating information verbally and in writing required
  • Experience with developing business intelligence tools for end users using environments like Tableau a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases using SQL preferred
  • Experience with SAS, R, or other statistical software a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required, particularly Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Management consultation experience a plus
  • Solid verbal and written skills - can accurately present detailed information
