Job Description:Responsible for the direction/coordination of the business and operational activities of departments assigned. As a member of the executive team, this position isresponsible for the direction and oversight of implementing the following items. Implementation of the program development goals as outlined in the strategic plan for the facility. Identification of necessary physicianrecruitment needs to support plan. Direct oversight for specific departments as outlined in the organizational chart.
