Head of Operational and Strategic Solutions (O&SS) leads and sets strategy to drive revenue and profit delivery, cross-functional program management, customer relationship management and new operational solutions development across all active clinical studies and provide requested proposal support. Develops and presents to key stakeholders within large health care organizations and moves them toward a portfolio agreement. Provide team leadership and team development to scale O&SS group to sustain a $1B AES organization. Identifies, develops and implements appropriate policies, systems and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the department and that ensure the delivery of quality deliverables that meet customer expectations on time and on budget. Owns the recruitment, development and retention of key operations staff within O&SS. The 4 major functions include: 1) Revenue, Profitability, Risk and Contract Management 2) Cross Functional Leadership 3) Strategic and Operational Solutioning 4) Customer Relationship Management
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job comparable to 15+ years in matrix leadership organizations in operational or client facing environments. Valid passport where appropriate.

• Understanding and appreciation of how consumer, patient and customer behaviors and cultures impact businesses, especially their sales and marketing design
• Strong operating knowledge in marketing, product development, service management, sales, business development and customer value creation
