Job Description

The VP of Talent will join an innovative, energetic team working to impact healthcare by utilizing technology to visualize and quantify biological information in order to better diagnose, characterize, prevent, treat and cure disease. Invicro provides novel medical imaging research services, software and informatics for drug discovery and development – and people are at the core of our efforts!

The VP of Talent will lead our HR organization advancing the people programs and processes that support the fulfillment of our mission and vision. This is a senior leadership position that is expected to employ a strategic approach to programming, placing appropriate emphasis on data/analytical justification for efforts and metrics designed to show the value-add of HR to business performance.
