TSI USA provides Target Customers with modern travel management services and innovative technology solutions. Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Dallas, TX, we have accomplished significant growth and superior customer retention due to our unique offering. In the next five years, TSI USA plans on growing to 150 employees and will be an estimated worth of $1 billion dollars.

We are looking to hire a VP of Sales to help double our growth and expand our market presence in North American and key international locations. Travel is expected to be 50% and the compensationassociated with this position is competitive with the market and will be decided during the interview process based of skills and experience.


• Expand, manage, coach and lead a team of 5-8 salespeople under goals

• Build rapport and open doors with targeted prospects

• Increase market share North America market share by 30% by the year 2018

• Drive $200 million of new gross revenue over the first fiscal year

• Responsible for overall sales growth of 100%


• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals

• Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement

• Manage the sales team to deliver profitable growth

• Become known as an employer of choice and a sales force that top sales people want to join

• Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives

• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

• Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

• Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function

• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

• Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions

• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions

• Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs

• Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

• Deliver to individual contribution targets


• Successful experience selling technology, services and consulting services to Procurement, Human Resources, Finance and C-level groups

• Successful experience closing small/mid market and start-up companies

• Successful experience managing a team of 5 + salespeople

• Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing opportunities

• Successful experience hiring and on boarding sales representatives

• Successful experience building and managing a territory

• Experience providing status reports with market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team

• Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership and leadership collaboration


• Strong ability to coach sales reps to higher performance

• Demonstrated ability to build a winning sales team

• Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes

• Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers
