Job Description

The VP of Sales for North America will have the responsibility of achieving revenue and gross margin targets that align with those of the business as a whole. Utilizing your sales and leadership skills, you will lead a talented Sales Team focused on expanding the company's business as well as develop and execute a plan that will optimize revenue generation by creating new opportunities in Utility Distribution vertical.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Sales Team to grow company revenues in new accounts
  • Maintain a minimum gross margin for all projects sold Manage a sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Strategically position the companies value proposition
  • Call at all levels of the prospective accounts from C-Level to Engineering contacts
  • Identify the needs of our customers, at a business level and conduct initial discovery calls and propose solutions as appropriate.
